Manchester City officials have confirmed that coach Guardiola has been awarded an honorary degree by the University of Manchester for his outstanding contributions to the city on and off the court over the past nine years.
This Monday, Guardiola attended the awarding ceremony and delivered a speech. In 2016, Guardiola became Manchester City's head coach. Under his leadership, the team achieved four consecutive Premier League championships and won the Champions League championship.
