Fans dissatisfied with Forest European Players List: Nuno seems to be doing everything he can to get himself fired
Recently, Nottingham Forest submitted a list of players participating in the UEFA Cup stage, and coach Nuno's choice of players aroused dissatisfaction among fans.
Nottingham Forest returned to the European arena this season, and the team qualified for the competition through its seventh place in the Premier League and its relegation to Crystal Palace to the European Union. Coach Nuno has now announced the roster for the league stage. However, Ukrainian player Zinchenko, who joined on loan from Arsenal, was not selected.
In addition, Hutchinson, who signed with the club's record transfer fee, also failed to make the roster. The former Ipswich star joined Forest for a transfer fee of £37.5 million this summer, but has played only nine minutes since joining.
Although injured Domingos was selected for the roster, he has been absent from the game since May's match against Chelsea due to a knee injury. Fans were shocked by the decisions and expressed their dissatisfaction on social media.
One fan said: "I support Nuno to the end, but these recent decisions seem to be self-destructive." Another wrote: "Nuno seems to be doing everything he can to get himself fired because Hutchinson is not the player he wants." The roster includes summer new players Baccarva, Igor Jesus, Calimundor, Douglas Luis, Endoye, McCarty and Savona. Regular main players such as Gibbs White, Murillo, Wood and Odoi are also on the list.
Nottingham Forest will start their UEFA Europa League journey against Real Betis on September 24. Next, they will face opponents such as Sino-Jetland, Porto, Graz Storm, Malmö, Utrecht, Braga and Ferencvaros.
At present, the team's performance in the new season has fluctuated, with a record of one win, one draw and one loss. In the last game, they conceded three goals in the last ten minutes at home against West Ham United, and eventually lost 0-3.
