After 10 rounds of Premier League games, the Wolves have only scored two points, with a dismal record of two draws and eight losses. It seems almost impossible for them to successfully avoid relegation this season.

According to OPTA statistics, in the history of the Premier League, teams with only two points or less in 10 rounds will eventually be relegated. Previously, Manchester City in the 1995-96 season (2 points), Sunderland in the 2016-17 season (2 points), Sheffield United in the 2020-21 season and the 2023-24 season (1 point), and Norwich City in the 2021-22 season (2 points), these teams were eventually relegated without exception.
