Epidemic:

is mainly used for early first aid of poisoning. Generally, 1% to 2% copper sulfate solution is used to irrigate. Concentrated saline and light soapy water can also be used to induce vomiting. If conditions permit, apomorphine (0.07 mg/kg) can be injected subcutaneously. If coma or convulsion occurs, do not induce vomiting.

Gastric lavage:

thorough gastric lavage within 2 to 4 hours after poisoning is most effective, but some drugs remain in the stomach for more than 4 hours, and some drugs are extremely difficult to eliminate, so it is still necessary to lavage. Gastric lavage is often used to perfusion with gastric catheter.

enema:

Enema: 0.1% potassium permanganate or ordinary warm water are used for intestinal washing fluid, and the liquid volume is 20 to 40 ml per kilogram of body weight.

Disduction:

To accelerate the excretion of intestinal contents and reduce absorption, inorganic salt laxatives, such as sodium sulfate or magnesium sulfate, 1 gram per kilogram of body weight, dissolved in 20-50 ml of water, and edible into gavage or enema. If it is a non-fat-soluble toxicant, oil-based laxatives can also be used.

Cleaning:

It is recommended to remove skin and mucous membrane poisons. Generally, it is necessary to use a lot of clean water, vinegar or soapy water (disabled when the body surface is inhaled and poisoned) to repeatedly wash the hair all over the body and wipe it dry with a towel.

Oxygen inhalation:

Most poisons can cause breathing difficulties, and in severe cases, they will suffocate and die. Oxygen inhalation can relieve the condition, and oxygen inhalation can promote the excretion of toxic substances.
